On Friday, March 23 the USPS will hold a celebration honoring the release of the Mister Rogers stamp. Fred Rogers, star of public television’s Mister Rogers Neighborhood, is the focus of the First-Day Issue dedication at the WQED Fred Rogers Studio. This event is already at capacity, but you can buy the Forever stamp at your local post office. Forever stamps are valued at the 1-ounce First-Class rate, so when you buy them at today’s rate -50 cents-they are good on any letter you mail from then on. Forever means forever!
