This requires a unique IMpb barcode on each piece, submission of a Shipping Services File version 1.6 or higher including the complete destination delivery address and/or 11-digit delivery point validated (DPV) ZIP Code or ZIP +4 Code for each package in the mailing. The USPS is holding an informational webinar on Tuesday, October 14 providing all the requirements for IMpb Compliance as well as new requirements for January 2015.
